Follow these steps to complete initial onboarding and set up your direct ordering engine.

Submit Onboarding Request
Fill out the signup form on the main landing page with your restaurant brand name, contact details, and desired plan.

Super Admin Tenant Provisioning
Once approved, your account receives login credentials for the Vendor Panel along with your pre-assigned subdomain (e.g.,
yourbrand.foodpar.com). -
Vendor Panel Login
Log in to your dashboard to configure core store parameters including opening hours, delivery charges, and brand theme colors.
3. Domain & Subdomain Setup
Connect your own custom domain name (e.g., orders.yourbrand.com).

DNS CNAME Record Setup
Log in to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare) and add a CNAME record pointing your target subdomain to
app.foodpar.com. -
Update Vendor Domain Settings
In your FoodPar Vendor Panel, navigate to Settings > Custom Domain and enter your exact domain name.

4. Live Order Dispatching
How to handle incoming customer orders efficiently.

Audio Notifications
Keep the Vendor Live Terminal open on your tablet/PC. When an order arrives, an automated audio alert will play continuously until acknowledged.

Order Status Workflow
Update status from Pending → Preparing → Out for Delivery → Completed. Customers get instant updates on their storefront tracking screen.
