What is a FoodPar, anyway?

What is included in the price of my booking?

The price of your booking includes the cost of your meal.

How do I pay for my booking?

Pay directly on the website using your credit card or through PayPal. Charges are authorized for 7 days, then the credit card attached to the booking charged. If your event date is less than 7 days from your time of booking, your card will be charged within 24 hours of checkout.

How do I use a FoodPar credit?

At checkout, you can insert the code for your credit above your cart's subtotal.

Can I book a private FoodPar experience with my own group?

Yes. Email or chat with us to request a private booking with one of our hosts.

Is my credit card info saved when I book?

No. We never save your credit card information, even if you opt-in Shopify Pay for faster checkout.

Can I cancel/get a refund for my booking?

You can cancel and receive a refund. Read more in our Terms of Service.

What if FoodPar cancels the experience?

 If for any reason we have to cancel a FoodPar, you will receive a full refund.
